I was just informed that two of my paintings were selected as Best-of-the-Rest calendar winners for August 2012. The guest curator was Robert W. Pillsbury of Salmagundi Club in New York.

The Winding Road (below) was chosen Best-of-the-Rest for August 4, 2012.

Floating Leaves (below) was selected Best-of-the-Rest for August 8, 2012.

Since the above paintings were already selected in three calendars, both will be “retired”, i.e., no longer considered for future calendars.
