What is it about “Grief”?

My painting, “Grief”, seems to have touched a lot of people. It is not a happy painting; it is more of a reminder of what we all experience at some time in our lives. I am grateful that it has helped bring some measure of comfort to them.

Perceptions, my solo exhibition is now open!

Perceptions: Art with a Cause is open at ArtSeen Gallery from September 10 through October 29, 2021. A portion of the sales will benefit Hope and a Home, a local charity.

Selling art during the pandemic

I took a long hiatus from painting, but the thought of creating art never left me. I also need to spend more effort selling so I can paint more. Selling art is particularly difficult these days. I’ve already lost the opportunity to exhibit last March because of the lockdown.
