Just got back from a 12-day tour of Morocco, including Casablanca, Rabat, Meknes, Fes, Merzouga (including a camel trek to the desert camp in the dunes of Erg Chebbi), Todra Gorge, Dades Gorge, Ouarzazate, Marrakech, and Essaouira. A fantastic trip with Real Morocco Tours! The colors, the food, the beautiful riads (Moroccan houses with inner courtyards converted into B&Bs), the amazing landscape, not to mention encountering a sandstorm upon returning from the desert camp to the hotel! I took lots of photos which I hope will inspire a few paintings.
